Who we are. This site is run by Krystal Labs, LLC ("Krystal Labs", "we"), 2442 NW Market St, PMB 985, Seattle, WA 98107, USA. For anything about your data, email [email protected].
No cookies, no ads. This site sets no cookies and shows no cookie banner because it doesn't need one. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers or use it for ads.
Analytics. We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to count page views and clicks on buttons such as "Book an intro call", so we know whether the site is useful. It runs without cookies and doesn't follow you across other sites or across visits. PostHog is set to discard your IP address, so it is never stored with these counts.
Contact form. If you send the form, we receive your name, email, company (if given) and message. It's checked for spam by Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered to our inbox by email through Resend. We use it only to reply to you, and we delete it when it's no longer needed for that conversation.
Booking a call. Booking opens Cal.com on this page. What you enter there (name, email, any notes) is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the call.
Hosting. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP address) to deliver pages and block abuse.
Legal basis (EU/UK visitors). We rely on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site for analytics and spam checks, and on your request when you contact us or book a call.
Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll answer within 30 days. EU and UK visitors can also complain to their data protection authority; California residents have the rights given by California law.
Changes. If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.
