Recommendations

From people who've worked with Nav, on LinkedIn.

  • I had the pleasure to work with Nav Nouhi during my tenure at PriceGrabber. I can confidently say that, not only is Nav very professional, but he is an absolute expert in his domain. He executes quickly and with determination and yields great results accordingly. In addition to his work ethic, Nav never stops upskilling himself. He listens to countless industry podcasts, reads newsletters, books and leverages his network to discuss best practices across the industry. He's part of a multitude of communities around growth and strategy. As a result, Nav is able to accelerate his contributions on a day to day level. I strongly recommend Nav for other employers (I would in fact hire him myself!)

  • Within ten minutes of meeting Nav you will recognize his intense, passionate approach to life. Nav throws himself into his work with fervor and pushes himself to the limit to achieve goals at hand. He is incredibly savvy and knowledgeable about online marketing and identifies new opportunities for growth and optimization quickly and effectively. His ability to absorb new concepts, whether operational, technical or otherwise, is outstanding. Best of all, he is an engaging, well-informed and all-around great guy who you can put your trust in--whether to execute, plan, or grab a round of drinks with!

  • I started to work under Nav as an intern who knew nothing about digital marketing. Now, few years later, I realize how much I learned either directly from Nav or indirectly from the team & environment he supported. It is almost safe to say that we probably had the best team on the market in terms of skills & interpersonal relations. Nav was the key driver of the team which started as the team of 3 so it later peaked at team of 10. Under Nav's supervision, we have worked together on several quite sophisticated projects related to data (LTV based bidding, unified reporting system...), Search automation & operational efficiencies. Already looking forward to work with in the future.

  • Nav is one of the most thoughtful, caring, and funny people I've ever met. Nav and I worked together to run one of the most successful advertising campaigns on the OpenCandy network. His attention to detail in managing campaigns was top notch!

  • Nav was, and still is, a great inspiration to me in terms of how I manage people. His approach to creating and maintaining an effective, inclusive and fun team is the best I have seen in a work environment. He knows when to push people and when to help them, and has a great ability to spread himself across multiple disciplines at once.

I am also very impressed with Nav's negotiation skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams. He is often a center point on projects and keeps things moving, even when it was not originally assigned for him to do so - he likes to, and gets, things done and done properly.

Away from Nav's obvious skills in marketing and management, he is a great person to be around - always smiling and looking to involve others.

Outside work, Nav invests in and advises early-stage startups, and spends as much of the winter as possible freeride skiing (with avalanche safety training).
